Hi everybody who found this website in the jungle of World Wide Web and interested In who I am. My story is simple. Here are a few words about where I came from and who I became.

     I was born in Kiev – the beautiful capital of Ukraine. It is a very beautiful city and I really love and miss it. But when I got a chance to live in America, I seized the opportunity and am really enjoying the diversity of people meet and places to visit, as it is a beautiful country, as well.

     So, after some traveling around, I started my working routine. Being an immigrant, it is not easy to find a descent job around here without knowing English well. I had to start everything from the scratch. After working in companies that required a lot of physical work, I decided that I can use my brain the same way and maybe I can let my hands to have some rest. So I started to learn some computer programs such as Photoshop and Dreamweaver. I wanted to be graphic designer. Then I decided that I can combine it with web developing, so I started studying coding - HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript. It was not so easy, let me tell you. I spend about 2 years so far for all this education until I felt competent in creating websites and still, I have so much to learn. The technology filed is developing more and more, and I will be a life-long student of it, in order to keep up with the progress. Now, my line of work is graphic and web designs, and this is something I really enjoy doing.

     I created this website to show some of my works as a portfolio. Basically the whole website is bunch of different graphics that I created from scratch. All pages on this site were done in Dreamweaver and Photoshop. It is not a template. It is still in progress and I think as a creator I will never be fully satisfied. Every day I have some new ideas about what I would like to add. I have one area still under construction. I am going to make a line of educational tutorials on different topics. They will be for people who decided to start learning programs like Photoshop from the beginning. I will have them in Russian and English language.

     You may think “Oh, he is just one of a myriad of graphic designers”, but every designer has his own thing. In my case I lived and worked on two totally different continents and experienced two cultures closely. Now, I am able to use all these experience for my projects. And that is my difference from others.

     I am not going to describe the whole list of programs I learned because it doesn’t matter what you use. The main thing is that you know how to create design, transfer it into the code, host it and have the final result. Which programs you used to achieve the goal it’s up to you.

     The main programs I use are Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Sometimes I use Adobe Flash and Adobe InDesign, but rarely, because these are new programs for me and I still have to learn a lot about them. Also, I use Joomla to create websites for those who want to manage such websites on their own.

     So, as you can see, I have a wide specter of services. Don’t hesitate to ask me any questions, I will be glad to help you. I currently live on a paradise island of Oahu, in Honolulu, until my wife finishes her education.
